My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were impeccably clean but fell short on sleeping capacity despite my specific request for accommodations for 2 Adults and 2 Kids. Although the required amenities were lacking, the overall cleanliness was commendable. The service, with the exception of one particularly helpful receptionist, was a bit lacking in politeness. The hotel's location, while serene, was a bit far from the main activities area in Jubail. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but the variety of food options salvaged it. Despite a few shortcomings, the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel is in a slightly isolated location, making it a bit hard to find at first, but it's in a good spot for access to the industrial area in Jubail. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but there was a smoking odor in the room. The service was overall friendly, with a standout Saudi receptionist who was exceptionally kind and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious with a wide selection, but the hotel is mainly near old Jubail, not the active areas like Fanateer.
